Tajik Woman's Hat

Predominantly maroon raked cylindrical woman’s hat with a flat crown, showing signs of heavy use. Embroidered all over with motifs of six - to seven - spoked wheels interspersed with groups of three leaves, and zig-zag mountains in purple, red, green, yellow and white. The crown and sides are edged with green wool in two twists. Lined in grey and black cotton.
